Our chef, Roberto, prepares traditional Tuscan specialities such as the Senese vegetable soup “Ribollita”, wild boar ragout and homemade noodles, the famous “Pici”.
He always seeks to use seasonal ingredients, so our menu often varies. Guests can choose among 100 different wines, mostly Tuscan, such as Chianti Classico, Morellino di Scansano, Nobile di Montepulciano and Brunello di Montalcino.
Several wines are also available by the glass.
We adhere to the philosophy “from the producer directly to the client”, being so a promoter of sustainabilty.
Some of these local specialities include ham from Cinta Senese (ancient Senese breed of pig), Pecorino cheese from Pienza and Asciano, fresh truffles from the “Crete Senesi” to nominate just a few.
Families with little children can use the changing table, kid’s menu and the toy area.
Also, guests who visit our restaurant with their tour group will surely return home with fond memories of tradional Tuscan cooking.
